During the past 32 years Nick Shlitter has designed and completed well over 365 custom homes and hundreds of Residential Renovations, Room Additions, Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels, all sorts of Out Buildings such as Garages, Shops, In-law Units, Offices, Storage Buildings as well as countless amount of custom decks, patios, arbors, trellises, driveways and walkways.
