Advent Construction would be happy to provide you with a detailed estimate, based on your existing plans and specifications. If you have yet to develop a set of plans and specifications for your project, we would be happy to first meet with you in person and listen as to what you have in mind.

We would then provide you with our recommendations and possible options for you to consider. We have acquired quite a bit of insight, knowledge and experience over the past 32 years, which we would be happy to share with you. We would be happy to work with you to develop a set of plans.

We offer two types of wood decking and railing material: Cedar and Redwood. Both come in two grades: a tight note and a select grade. These two wood types also are used for the construction of most Arbors and Trellis designs. We also offer composite decking and railing material known as Trex Decking and Railing,  which comes in a variety of colors and two textures.

The Trex Decking is more costly but comes with a warranty and is virtually maintenance free. All of our Deck Framing is built with Wolmanized Fir all weather material. Once we have worked out a set of plans and picked out the type of decking and railing material that you wanted to use, we will then be able to properly provide you with a detailed Estimate, for the completion of your Deck, Arbor and Trellis.
