Advent Construction would be happy to provide you with a detailed estimate, based on your existing plans and specifications. If you have yet to develop a set of plans and specifications for your project, we would be happy to first meet with you in person and listen as to what you have in mind.

We would then provide you with our recommendations and possible options for you to consider. We have acquired quite a bit of insight, knowledge and experience over the past 32 years, which we would be happy to share with you. We would be happy to work with you to develop a set of plans.

We have several sets of existing plans of detached garages and shops. Some of these plans have bathrooms and living quarters. If we don’t have the right set of plans that would fit your needs for a detached out building, we are confident that we can find a set of existing plans that we can adapt to fit your needs.

If you wanted an attached garage, shop, office or man cave or we couldn’t find a set of plans on line that would work for you, we would then turn you over to a well established professional Architect, with whom we have an established a working relationship. This will allow you to work with a true professional who will help you develop a precise set of plans, specifications and finishes list.

Once a set of plans is completed, whether by us working together with an existing set of plans or a set of plans developed by you and a professional Architect that we have a working relationship with, we would then be able to properly provide you with a detailed estimate, for the completion of your project.
